gregg Grossman, President

Gregg started his career as an executive recruiter in the Bay Area during the mid 80’s when Oracle, Apple and Sun were the hot start – ups. He built the senior management practice for SearchNet working with clients in the software and aerospace categories and was fortunate enough to work with pioneers in the fields of relational database, artificial intelligence and Ethernet / TCP/IP networking.

Returning to New York in early 90’s Gregg spent two years in the Technology Practice at Gilbert Tweed learning the search business from some of the most respected practitioners in the industry. In 1994 he joined Pathway Executive Search where he started the company’s retained search practice, initially conducting technology searches for clients in the Financial Services sector.

In 1994, he was engaged by Colliers Encyclopedia to conduct one of the first ever searches for a digital media executive. This successful assignment led to several other engagements at dawn of the commercial internet including, the first two heads of sales for NYTimes.Com and DoubleClick’s original General Manager for DART. Over the past 20 years Gregg has helped build teams for some of the most important companies in advertising / marketing technology, analytics and digital media such as as: 4CInsights, Akamai, AppNexus, ArtNet, Catalina, Clear Forest, FreeWheel, Innovid, LivePerson, Narrative Science, NowSecure, Right Media, TapAd and Yodle.

Gregg graduated from University of San Francisco and lives with his family in suburban New York.
